Charles J. Crueger is a founding partner of Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC with fourteen years of trial and appellate experience. Following a clerkship, Mr. Crueger was hired by the U.S. Department of Justice through the Honors Program, where he spent four years as a trial attorney. Ms. Dickinson began her career at trial firms, first in Kansas City, MO, and then in Austin, TX, where she was responsible for a large docket of cases in the areas of professional liability, products liability, insurance and mass tort litigation. David Mungenast is Of Counsel with Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC. One of the few Americans to have studied law in a Chinese law school, he has an extensive record of engagement with China. He began with two years of graduate school at Fudan University in 1980 which made him one of the first US citizens to live and study in the PRC. In 1985, he became one of the first Americans to study, research and teach law in China at Peking University focusing on commercial transactions and commercial dispute resolution. After graduation and an appellate clerkship, he assisted clients with regulatory compliance, licensing and reimbursement issues in the healthcare industry. In 2007 he began working to develop market research, strategic relationships and partners in the Chinese market. Since that time he has advised numerous clients on both sides of the Pacific on strategic partnerships, legal and regulatory requirements, market positioning and other issues related to successful entry in to the China and US markets. These have included high tech medical device companies, educational for-profit and nonprofit organizations, real estate developers, and manufacturing firms. Alan W. Nicgorski is an accomplished litigator and the Managing Partner and first lawyer of Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC's Chicago office. Mr. Nicgorski has broad experience in many areas of complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on matters involving noncompetition agreements and trade secret misappropriation.
